After the paint has dried, you can leave it empty or fill it up with decorative rocks, shells, glass beads, dried flowers or anything else you want. Glow In The Dark Rocks
These can be created specifically as Halloween decorations or you can paint designs and phrases on the rocks that will work for any time of the year. You might need to use two coats of the glow in the dark paint depending on how well the first application goes on. Once the rocks are dry, you can set them out in your flower bed, around the edge of your porch steps or around the base of your favorite tree.
